We are now recruiting a test leader for the Global Online expansion project, within the Sales Online and Marketing division to work as a consultant for one of our customers.

The project works with the IT solution for all new e-commerce markets within a well-known brand, to make sure they uphold the service to sell Online. The operational and supporting services are mostly delivered from external vendors, but also include deliveries within the company. This means that you in the daily work will cooperate with many different stakeholders, including close collaboration with business, as well as the external vendors and internal surrounding systems and services.
The new platform is growing in both size and functionality as a part of the Global Online Expansion program, one of the top 5 most strategic initiatives in the company today. The mission is to establish e-commerce sites for the company brand. The platform is developed and operated by an external provider with the company in the lead through requirements, test verification, test planning and acceptance test.
As a Test lead for subproject Online you will have a great mix of ensuring good test planning together with the supplier and other 3rd party suppliers as well as performing some acceptance testing yourself. You are working closely with business representatives to capture technical issues at an early stage. The role requires technical skills working with multiple integrations and team player spirit. Experience of working with web and e-commerce platforms are also highly appreciated.
Exciting challenges in this area are how to work with cross functionality, high pace, collaboration with external suppliers and teams on different sites.

Work Task:
We are looking for a Test lead that also can perform User Acceptance Tests to support the Online project with the main tasks to do:
• together with the supplier, for setting a total test plan and the pre-conditions for test execution, like test data and test environment
• for reviewing the test scenarios set up by the suppliers in their tests
• for supporting and monitoring the supplier's tests
• for coordinate integration test between the company's internal systems and the new online expansion program
• Plan and performing UAT testing
• for supporting and planning the company's business side in acceptance testing
• for working together with test leads from other projects within the program
To be able to fully perform the above tasks the Tester will need to work independently, but in close relationship with the requirement owners, project team and stakeholders (internal and external).

• The location is Stockholm. Travel is to be expected at a few occasions during the project.

Specific Competence
Required Skills/qualifications:
• Experience as a Test lead in e-commerce projects
• Experience in user acceptance testing Experience from projects spread over several business areas with many stakeholders
• Experience in a variety of test approaches
• Be responsive to particular business needs, and be able to adapt to different business realities
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
• Strong social skills
