ABB's High Voltage Products team in Ludvika, provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.
The Test & Laboratory Specialist is responsible for autonomously testing the product quality of junction- and outlet boxes, consumer units and Smart Energy Management Systems using a complete knowledge of standard references, testing methodologies and requested requirements. Evaluate and document test results for use as supporting knowledge in the development of new products.
Your responsibilities
Working with various lab development projects, like lab upgrades, technology implementation, investments, etc.
Being responsible for the functionality and availability of the SF6 gas infrastructure.
Develop your own area of expertise, for example: test methods, lab infrastructure, 17025 accreditation, technical sales support, etc.
Supporting development of long-term lab strategy.
You will represent the lab in interaction with customers, visitors and stakeholders.

Your background
We are looking for university degree within Engineering
You have at least 5 years working experience
You have strong organizational and project management skills
With your communicative and collaborative skills, you contribute to a great team spirit.
You are be able to act on own initiatives and being able to work independently.
You are driven and have a passion for what you do.
