We specialize in the production of high powered stirling engines for global sales. Inresol is a 30 yr old company with award winning product designs involved in the usage of environmental technology.
Job Description:
1. Lays out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair & modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipments, and systems, such as, LED modules, power supplies, cable assembly and power converters.
2. Applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing and physics: discuss layout and assembly procedures and problems with electronics design engineers and draw sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units.
3. Assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype model according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components. The experimental circuitry mainly would be with High voltage DC-DC power converters , 3 Phase Inverters, Motor starters and Battery Management Systems.
3. Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.
4. Set up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production model.
5. Analyze and interpret test data.
6. Adjust, calibrate, align, and modify circuitry and components and records effects on unit performance.
7. Write technical reports and develop charts, graphs, and schematics to describe and illustrate system's operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications, and functional limitations in contrast to the functional requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. High level of integrity and passion for engineering
2. Good understanding of electrical circuits
3. Very handy, especially in hand soldering/de-soldering of Surface Mount PCB and mechanical assembly
3. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in following areas of electronics:
Switch-mode power supply
Digital DC/DC electronic converters
Microprocessors/Microcontrollers
Current/voltage/frequency measurements by using voltmeters and oscilloscopes
4. Strong computer skills including Eagle (or similar), MATLAB/Simulink, C and Microsoft Office
5. Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and oral skill
