Volvo IT needs to strengthen the team of Testers with Application Development skills with focus on industrial IT solutions within Volvo. We develop global applications that are used at many different factories throughout Volvo. Our solutions are highly integrated with the shop-floor in the factory as well as with the industrial workers day to day activities.
As a member of the test team you will participate in testing as well as developing new automated solutions connected to test. Your application development skills will also be useful when developing new tools to be used in the testing area. You will get the possibility to work with different companies within the Volvo Group as well as external customers.
Qualifications and skills:
In addition to the above description you:
have the power of initiative and driving force
have an academic educational background
have knowledge about object oriented development
have knowledge about SQL databases
General qualifications and skills:
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Knowledge about working with test tools and test automation frameworks will be considered an advantage
Driving license - class B
International experience will be considered an advantage
