Academic Work recruitment is looking for a competent Test Manager for recruitment to Skanska IT Nordic.

Skanska IT Nordic (ITN) offers you a developing and stimulating job within a Nordic organization with a lot of possibilities. As Test Manger for the group Application Services, you will be responsible for creating a central test organisation within Skanska ITN in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Your organisation will interact with suppliers, Service Responsible, ITSM, the different maintenance organisations within Skanska ITN and the operational parts of the business within Skanska. You will be a part of an important, service minded and efficient team who works with Business Performance to a large organization.

As Test Manager you are responsible for continuously improving the processes, methods and tools within the test area. As Test Manager you should review and analyse requirements and test cases to be able to support the teams with planning and execution of tests and contribute to develop and improve the test strategy and test process. As Test Manager you are responsible to ensure that projects are methodically tested and documented to deliver according to project description.
You will travel in the Nordic countries 8-10 days per month.
Other responsibilities you will have are:
• Creating , obtaining approval of and maintaining the master test plan
• Executing the master test plan within planning and budget
• Maintaining external contacts
• Internal quality management
• Acknowledging, anticipating and reporting on project risks
• Defining or advising on test policy
• Execution of test process optimizing
As a person you are a motivator and a communicator. You have great leadership skills, appreciate structure and plan ahead. You think strategically and have an open-minded approach to issues. You communicate clearly and effectively, cultivate the trust and confidence of others and have an open attitude to feedback.
Requirements:
• Experience in similar employment and deep knowledge in Testing
• Relevant education
• General financial competence and experience from planning, budgeting and forecasting work.
• You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
