Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Test Leader within the Migration Team, you will be accountable for managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Migration projects within FNZ. The migration part comes in hand when a clients data migrates towards FNZ Wealth Management Platform. The role is working in this team ensuring that the Migration deliveries are delivered to a superior quality standard, given the complexity of the data migration aspect of these deliveries and the sensitive nature of the data, quality assurance is a critical component of these deliveries.
This position has responsibility for the testing of the FNZ's Migration Process. This includes working both independently and within a team to provide oversight as well as analyze, determine, execute and supporting the Test Manager in the management of internal testing requirements. The role involves working with analysts and Senior Test Analyst(s) to determine and identify any new testing requirements, managing scope as well as the testing process. Liaising with IT development and analysts to ensure that testing specifications are delivered to the highest quality and supporting the Test Manager in the co-ordination and management of a team of Test Analysts.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• At least five years' worth of experience as a Test Leader, with some experience of migration projects
• Good design and test skills and ability to come up with comprehensive test cases
• Knowledge and experience of RDBMS and data-modelling
• Strong querying skills and experience using SQL
• Experience in the use of a variety of Testing Tools
• Good level of English, written and verbal, Swedish is seen as a huge advantage
