hela Sverige Within the Connected Car IT Program the Over the Air part 2 (OTA 2) project is looking for a Test Leader to our project team.
Main focus will be to secure the project delivery in an end-to-end perspective across several teams and organizations. The project is run in a fast-changing and complex environment with many stakeholders involved, good communication and leadership skills are therefore a pre-requisite. You need to have Test Leader experience.
This is a fulltime assignment that will start 2016-01-18 and continue until 2016-06-30.
Job description
• Establish end-to-end test collaboration across the involved stakeholders.
• Write, follow-up and maintain the Test Strategy and Test Plans for the project.
• Reaching agreement together with the Project Manager about the testing assignment and expectation
• Assists the Test Designer in understanding of the application and writing effective test cases
• Evaluate delivered design proposal and specifications from a testability perspective regarding workflows and end-to-end flows
• Write Test Evaluation Summary and Test Result Summary reports after the System Test period
• Report to the Project Manager and to the program QA Manager on the quality of the test object within the project team, both verbally and in writing
• Coordinate and plan test activities within the project team
• Coordinate defect management within the project team
• Participate in cross-functional forums to ensure efficient information flow
• Ensuring that the test infrastructure is aligned with project time plans
• Maintaining the test ware within the project, for manual testing
• Maintain/Update the testability flow within the program, both for manual and automated scripted tests regarding workflows and end-to-end flows
Required knowledge & skills
• Good knowledge in test methods, preferably ISTQB certificated
• Good knowledge in performances test (mainly load- and duration test)
• Good knowledge in handling solutions delivered by suppliers
• Good knowledge in integration tests involving a lot of different systems and applications
• Good knowledge in different test tools, e.g. HPALM, SoapUI, JUnit, TestNG
• Good knowledge about REST API and HTTS
• General knowledge of telecom and cloud solution
• Experience from managing test stakeholders in a complex project environment
• Multitasking skills
• Self-going and ability to handle several integrations between different systems
• Agile competence
