Our group is part of the Driver Interface section within the Cab Development department. We are responsible for software verification of highly complex Electrical Control Units such as: Instrument Cluster, Lane Departure Warning, Alarm System, Digital Tachograph and Radio system.
Your task
As a Test Leader for Infotainment systems you will be a member in RCIV, the group in Scania responsible for testing the SW in all cab ECUs with an interface to the driver.
In this role you will:
• Define and adapt test strategies, test concepts, and test processes which will answer the demands of all involved stakeholders
• Support the test team in technical discussions and via personal coaching and mentoring
• Work cross-functionally and seize opportunities for new synergies within Scania
• Participate in all test activities hands-on
• Contribute to continuously improve your team's work and RCIV's processes
• Continuously evangelize high quality practices
Your Profile
You have a university degree and we think you have some years of experience with object oriented software development combined with experience of test.
You are a servant leader capable of balancing task- and relationship-oriented activities in order to help develop the best products for Scania's customers.
In this position you must have relevant testing experience, but above all, you must build a self-organized, self-disciplined team. You must show strong drive and ability to elegantly handle conflict situations, with Scania's vision in focus, while respecting Scania's core values.
