We offer you a global expansive IT environment where you as Test Environment Responsible are responsible for keeping track on and coordinate activities going on in our environment, and from this inform all stakeholders. This includes taking part in analyses and decisions on how to solve possible conflict activities. You 'll be a part of our SAP CRM team, with skilled colleagues where everybody strives to do their best as one team. The team is expanding continuously and you will grow with us.
You will report to the Test Management and work closely together with other related areas. The role comes with a lot of collaboration with other roles such as architects, test leads, SAP Basis and internal customers, having requirements on the system environments. It is important that you like to work with constant improvement, and strive for an efficient way of working.
SAP CRM is an important and central component in the IT landscape. This gives a challenging environment with a lot of dependencies and stakeholders and make the Test Environment Responsible a central position in the SAP CRM team. SAP CRM is also one of the main components of the HM Customer master.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test Environment Responsible comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Define and maintain processes and documentation for SAP CRM system environments with focus on the Test and Training environments
• Own, maintain and communicate SAP CRM System environment availability schedules
• Plan, order and coordinate the setup of test environments and support upgrades
• Responsible of system configuration to be ready for current release and roll-out (ex. coordinate country setup)
• Driving environment related challenges eg switches, refreshes, timing (from SAP CRM perspective)
• Ensure that test environments (incl. Surrounding Solutions) are available at the right period, with the correct versions and Test data
• Responsible of driving test data related issues (only CRM internal issues)
• Ensuring that time and resources are used in an optimal way to gain best test results
• Collaborating with architects, test leads, SAP Basis, internal customers having requirements on the system environments.

Your former experience includes:
• Working with the SAP platform for more than 5 years
• Working in a leading/coordinating role for at least 3 years
• Working cross functional, observing and react on dependencies between different systems and situations
It's qualifying if you have previous experience from SAP CRM, test or system environments or test data responsibility. You have good communicational skills in English, preferably also Swedish.
