The assignment:
To keep Bluewater providing ingenious, market-leading water purification we are seeking for curious and hands on Test Engineer to their development center at Science Park, Jönköping.
Tests of the products are performed for a global use and the amount of test requirements are increasing and the team has to be strengthened up with a new talented member.
When developing products at Bluewater you will work towards high requirements and expectations in terms of product functionality, performance, manufacturability, cost and reliability.
In your daily work you will be executing and documenting mechanical, electrical and chemical tests in lab and field.
Moreover, as a Test Engineer you need to create test plans, translate standards into test methods, develop and design test rigs, perform tests, assess and analyze test results and write test reports.
You will operate as part of project teams and also deliver on specific assignments. A close interaction with representatives from other departments is needed.
Your profile:
You hold an academic degree in Engineering from University as well as fluency in English.
In this position you need 3-5 years' experience as Lab/Test Engineer with experience of technical product development projects in an international environment.
To succeed in this role we believe you have a great technical interest and are well familiar of the basics of mechanics, mechatronics, hydraulic as well as chemistry.
Previous experience of working in the water treatment industry is meritorious as well as experience of working in and towards China.
