Analyze engineer for CODS = camera system for AD projects.

We have an immediate need for a Test Development Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal Test Development Engineer will need the following:

Our group is responsible for analyse and verification of several different areas within the Active Safety department. Such as: Parking manouvering, parking cameras, automatic parking, BLIS (blind spot information system) and SRS (Supplemental Restraint System).

We now need two test engineers that are responsible for system and sensor verification.
The work requires a close, analytical and cross functional cooperation in the development teams.

Main tasks:
• Lead and plan verification when it comes to AD camera system
• Prepare and perform the testing: Build in camera system in AD cars, build test setup and write test methods
• Analysis of test result and communicate test results to involved parties
• Be a member in the complete AD system test team and be able to support in their system tests

Business & technical competence:

Work together with the project group to get the system up and running
Build test setup
Have the ability to independently develop, plan, conduct and follow up work towards objectives
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills and a networking personality
Fluent in English
Drivers license, B

Relevant education / professional certifications

B.Sc or M.Sc. or simular in mathematics, mechatronics, electronics or physics
Experience from Volvo Cars

Meritorious:

Former experience from working with system development or verification
Experience from working with Elektra and System Weaver
