We are the customer voice within AB Volvo. Our goal is to support the product development groups with knowledge of both the quality and how the customer will perceive our products.
The Hällered Proving Ground is part of the Feature Verification and Validation organization. Our responsibility is to run complete vehicle tests concerning reliability, durability & functionality both at the Hällered Proving Ground, but also at various test locations around the world. The reliability of our products is verified and validated by our professional truck drivers and mechanics through methods assimilating real customer usage.
Working as a test driver will give you the possibility to come with your input so that we together build the future transport solutions. For you it is the possibility to learn everything about new trucks and transport solutions before it hits the market. You will get a contact network within the whole AB Volvo. You will see Europe from the warmest spots to the coldest together with a skilled team of co-workers. One day you will test the endurance at our test tracks, the next you drive in cities you never visited before. We work in a global environment with co-workers from all continents.
We work in teams in close cooperation with mechanics and test engineers but also with other departments within AB Volvo. We get the opportunity to test early phases in the product development process and to actually drive the future products.

Who are you?
To be successful in this position we think that you are eager to learn and want do develop yourself. You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and are passionate about developing the future transport solutions. You have a technical interest and are fluent in both Swedish and English. Other languages are an advantage.
