About the role
We're now looking for a Terminal Coordinator to our terminal in Malmö. As a Terminal Coordinator you'll be operational responsible for reassure process compliance at the terminal by coaching, motivating and follow-up employees. As a Terminal coordinator you are a part of the operational business and apply a present and situational leadership when acting as a Terminal Coordinator. You will aslo work on our terminal and ensure that our day-to-day operations runs smoothly and with high efficiency. You will accurately handle parcels for our beloved end-consumers and come up with ideas to do things as efficiently as possible. You will have various terminal operational tasks, such as unloading trucks, sorting parcels, handling returns, moving pallets, coordinate terminal workers and shiftplanning. Contribute to our mission to make online shopping easier, by delivering an amazing delivery experience to our merchants, drivers and end-consumers!
About you
• Proven experience from working in Terminal
• You are a person with a lot of energy, positive attitude and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
• You speak fluently in Swedish.
• You are 18+ years old and have permission to work in Sweden Forklift license is desirable, T1 and T4 B-license is not a must, but is preferred.
• Comfortable working with computer based systems Information.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Working hours between 05:00-23:00, Monday to Sunday, but might vary in the beginning
