Our office is in Stockholm, Sweden, but we work with brands all over the world.
Role Description
As the new Office Manager at Valtech RADON, you will work in our Core Department alongside our in-house chef. Your role is integral to the culture and heartbeat of RADON. You will be responsible for various tasks, including supporting your colleagues with high-priority and routine tasks, organising big and small internal events, preparing breakfast and fika and assisting with client meetings. You have an eye for detail, are a people person, are solution-oriented, and are passionate about sustainability and bringing people together.

What You Will Be Doing
• Ensure the office stays sharp (you know that feeling when you enter a grand hotel lobby?) and make sure everything runs smoothly (you know that feeling when your computer just connects to the TV?)
• Support our chef with kitchen-related duties, including preparing breakfast and afternoon fika for your colleagues, managing inventory, ordering groceries for the office and preparing coffee and fika for client meetings
• Handle typical office-related admin tasks, such as answering calls and emails, welcoming clients and managing office supplies (no broken lamps or thirsty flowers, etc.)
• Participate in the event planning team at Valtech RADON, including after-work events, agency days and getaways and RADON Clubs.
• Support our leadership team with culture-related initiatives
Who You Are
• A social, happy and independent individual
• Detail-oriented, capable of handling both big and small tasks
• Responsible, with a flair for adding a special touch
• A doer - preferably one with a creative spark!
• Proactive in maintaining a positive work environment, where an office that runs slick and looks sharp, is important to you
• Genuinely interested in people and culture
• Comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English
• Holder of an internationally-recognised driver's license (manual transmission)
