The role as HR Partner at Nudie Jeans is broad, and you work in a flexible and dynamic environment. You support and coach about 15 managers at our Head Office in Sweden. You will also support our Wholesale organization located in the US, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany, including 7 managers. You are the first point of contact for managers within the assigned business areas across the whole employee lifecycle.
The HR team consists of an HR Manager, two HR Partners, HR Admin, Work Environment Coordinator and Head of Payroll, all based at the Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden. We all have different backgrounds and interests, which leads to a fun and developing workplace. Even though you in this role have your area of responsibility you will never feel alone, together we collaborate on projects to strengthen our Employer Brand.
The role
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love to influence your colleagues, this position is for you. Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following;
• Support and coach managers in all employee-related questions such as; leadership, recruitment, employment law, rehabilitation, union negotiations, employee development, yearly appraisals etc.
• Ensure compliance with our policies and routines within your area of responsibility.
• Continuously develop, update, and implement routines/processes within the HR area.
• Together with the HR team, develop and implement employee culture initiatives that strengthen Nudie Jeans as an attractive employer.
Who are you
You are passionate about everything HR-related and love supporting and seeing people grow. You have at least 3 years of experience in a broad HR role where you have worked close to business and operations. You are confident in Swedish labor law and if you have an academic education in HR it is highly meriting.
You know your way around Microsoft Office and its programs, and you are experienced with other HR systems. Your contacts are both Swedish and international, so you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
You are an agile person, a driving force with that "can-do-attitude". You are flexible and handle several ongoing projects simultaneously and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. You are motivated by helping and supporting managers in complex personnel issues as well as operative everyday tasks.
This is a temporary, full-time position with a start date at the beginning of 2023 and runs until the end of January 2024. The last day to apply is November 27th but interviews will be ongoing.
