Cooks in the private residence of the Ambassador for entertainment functions for senior Swedish governmental and business leaders and the diplomatic corps. Also cooks for the Ambassador and family. Responsible for food purchasing, cleanliness and efficient operations of the kitchen in connection to the events. Identifies need for additional help for large entertainment events.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Completion of secondary school and culinary school is required. Three years of previous experience is required. Must be able to prepare food for receptions and for formal seated dinners (fine dining) for larger groups of people. Creativity in the preparation and presentation of food. Must be able to manage the entire kitchen operation effectively. Level III (working knowledge) English is required.
