Right now, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect for our commercial/ mass market solutions. I am Anna Jägre, the Head of IT where the solution architects are organized. We are a great bunch of people and I am super proud of every single member of my team. Our IT team holds among the solution architects also developers, test manager, IT operations and support teams. In total a team of 23 people.
Your next challenge?
As a member of my team in our open-space offices in Solna, Stockholm, you will develop high-end technical solutions to support our commercial/ mass market systems and related front-end sites and apps where much focus will be within the payments and loan sector. You will have a holistic view of all mass market systems and solutions, work closely with product owner, developers, design and vendors. You will also help in detailing requirements making sure implemented solutions are understood by product owners as well as developers and operations.
This is a job that calls for someone who understands business, processes and people. You will be developing solutions, based on customer needs together with your team and translate them so developers within the organization as well as vendors understands to deliver on time and on budget. You will also be coaching and act as an internal consultant for colleagues within other parts of our organization.

We believe that you have:
• Experience with multiple and complex web projects
• Excellent programming knowledge in JAVA
• Knowledge of Integrations, SQL, docker and apps
• Expertise in infrastructural web-based architecture
• A passion for new technologies, trends, patterns and frameworks
• Professional proficiency in (Spoken and written) English and Swedish
• A background in banking and finance, preferably with payments and loan
