Within Development & Engineering, the Aseptic Performance team deals with setting requirements on hygienic and aseptic filling machine development, and with building the arguments to demonstrate compliance of those systems to customers and regulatory bodies. To do that effectively, we need an acute understanding of the processes that secure microbiologically safe food in all Tetra Pak's filling machines as well as the operational aspects that influence hygienic or aseptic performance.
What you will do
As our newest Technology Specialist, you will be part of a team of eight, working in Tetra Pak Development & Engineering, Aseptic & Filling Solutions.
You will focus on:
Being key part of the central team of subject matter experts for hygienic and aseptic filling machine systems, contributing to development and performance excellence on the field
Continuously improving knowledge, requirements, standards and guidelines for chilled packaging systems
Ownership of the hygienic processes in one of our filling and packaging machine systems
Ensuring that our hygienic filling machine systems are verified and validated according to efficient modern methods and industry-leading quality criteria
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. Travelling a few times per year may be required.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with excellent analytical and communication skills. You are a team player, capable to take initiatives and drive activities independently, and you are not afraid to stand up for your point of view. You have a University degree within Physics, Chemistry, Food Science or similar. 5-10 years working experience from relevant industry will be considered a plus, and that you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing is taken for granted.
