hela Sverige * Develop and drive the framework for defining, deploying and maintaining processes of one of the core PGGI Process, Technology and System Engineering together with the Business Unit Process owner and all identified key stakeholders.
• Coach, train and support relevant process owners in process management - definition, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with BU OPEX&Q strategic direction
• Ensure process interfaces, such as content and master data structure, are defined, maintained and improved, within the Technology and System Engineering process landscape and beyond with the Customer and Product Management, Tender & Project Execution and Service processes
• Drive process synergies within the Business Unit across Global Product Groups and Regional Hubs
• Ensure flawless implementation of associated lighthouses (Internal pilot)
• Define and implement initiatives and process efficiency measurement, monitor performance accordingly
• Identify and communicate any risk to the initiative's success, propose mitigation when applicable
• Ensure processes are lived-in, assessed and improved
• Launch, facilitate and follow up improvements using adequate quality tool (PDCA, LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Train, coach in Process Management and Continuous Improvement
• Report the Power Up implementation cost, deployment KPI and financial benefits
• Master of Engineering or equivalent education and/or experience
• At least 5 years' experience in working within Quality and/or Operational Excellence function and/or department
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification and application
• Track record and proven capability in change management, managing internal project/program in a large and complex matrix organization
• Proven experience of working alongside and influencing senior leaders
• Experience in process management ideally in product as well as system and project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process oriented industries
• System thinker with strong communication and influencing abilities, result orientation, speed in execution, openness and listening to others.
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills; any additional language is a plus.
• Fully comfortable in the Microsoft suite (Excel, Access etc.)
• Ability to travel 25%-30%
