Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production. For that purpose we need to strengthen our Test and Validation organization within prototype functions.
We are now looking for two Technicians, Body in white and parts manufacturing!
Description
The Concept & Prototype Operations, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Vehicle Integration & Testing Organization. You will be part of a strong team within the group Prototype Workshop. You will report to the group leader Prototype Workshop and support the rest of the Concept & Prototype Operations department and Vehicle Integration Validation & Testing Unit.
The role as Technicians, Body in white and parts manufacturing involves:
• Preparation activities for manufacturing of sheet metal parts, fixtures, test rigs and body in white assembly
• Manufacturing and modification of vehicles (body in white).
• Sheet metal parts manufacturing
• Fixture & Rigg manufacturing
• Modification of Parts in various materials
• 5S within the workshops and manufacturing process
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
• Minimum education of a High School or equivalent.
• Body shop manufacturing experience, minimum 5 years
• Mechanical fabrications
• Tools manufacturing
• Programming of NC/CNC Robots is a big advantage.
• Knowledge from MPS System
• Good MS Office skills
• Driving license B
