We're looking for a passionate Technical writer with commercial understanding to join our Support Team but also working close with our Product Team. As a technical writer you will create operating instructions, how-to manuals and "frequently asked questions" pages to help end users, support staff and sales staff understanding how to use the products.
Your primary communication platform will be our Help & Support portal where you will create written documents with photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation and charts that increase users' understanding. We driving in delivering our strategy for using more interactive videos in the future.
Your are innovative and love to share your ideas with others and are comfortable receiving feedback. We work in an open- minded atmosphere and your suggestions will be welcome and valued.
Major responsibilities
• Keeping Support Help portals for multiple products up to date by standardize content across platforms and media
• Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with Support and Product Team
• Creating content (written and videos) for Help portals when new features are released
• Measure affect and customer satisfaction of Help portal
• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users' understanding
• Select appropriate medium for communication
Desired Skills and Experience
• Perfect fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Great story-teller and an ability to engage your audience.
• Experienced within maintaining online Help portals
• Experienced with creating "how to" guides video
