As part of our busy, well-established and highly-valued documentation team, you will play a key role providing information and knowledge for users of Front Arena software. Integrated within the software development organisation and working in Scrum teams, you will produce customer documentation such as online help, user guides, overviews, system administration manuals and developer guides.
You will be located in newly built premises in central Stockholm and belong to a dynamic and international environment where you are given the opportunity to drive initiatives and influence the direction of your own development. Position Description
The documentation team is now recruiting for a technical writer and in this role you are expected to:
• Be an engaged tech writer on Scrum-based software development projects
• Create customer product documentation, primarily PDFs and help files
• Develop new documentation for new functionality
• Maintain and update existing documentation for new releases of existing software
• Be responsible for the entire process, from blank sheet to PDF published on our website
• Work simultaneously on multiple components/projects/documents
• Be an engaged member of the DocDev team
• Contribute towards DocDev's vision and yearly goals
Position Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Two years working as a technical writer in a software development environment
Skills:
• Technical writing tools such as Office and help authoring software
• First class level of English
• Analytical, thorough and curious
• Excellent relating and communication skills
Soft:
• Self-motivated, responsibility-taker, problem-solver
• Genuine interest in technical writing and software development
• Enthusiasm and positive attitude.
• Great team player
Domain:
• Interest in (or knowledge of) capital markets and finance
