Department Parts & Service Engineering, Training and Information are responsible for:*Developing service and repair methods
• Spare parts planning
• Creation and distribution of installation, operators, parts and workshop information
• Technical training development and production of training material
We work in close cooperation with Product Development as well as other teams within the Global Aftermarket.
Technical Training Material Developer, Global Training
We are looking for the rare person that has good technical understanding abilities, yet also is a bit creative when it comes to designing attractive presentation material. Working with our training specialists you would combine these skills to create attractive and engaging e-learning material using the industry leading tool, Articulate Storyline 360. This e-learning supports our blended learning approach to allow pre-study before attending instructor led training or to provide information on the new products we introduce to the market. The needed images, graphics, animations or video content can be created ourselves or with help from other departments in our group. Translations are handled with a simple export/import process. The graphic content will also be used in our instructor led material to provide a consistent look and feel to our training program and materials. We then deliver a complete training package to our regional and market unit trainers that support a comprehensive curricula plan in our LMS.

Main responsibilities:
• Work together with our training specialists to develop the needed content for training presentations, technical training e-learning and video content
• Provide assistance and guidance to other departments developing training material or e-learning
• Participation in management of the "Navigator" LMS system
We are looking to develop our technical training offerings to a higher standard. In order to achieve this, we are looking for a technical training development person with a strong drive for quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a focused and energetic person with strong technical competence that has worked with imaging programs, CAD and possibly e-learning software programs. You should have very good communication skills and an understanding of adult learning styles. Further, you are well organized and set realistic goals that are in line with the objectives of the organization. You work well both independently and in groups to get the task done.
Other critical competences are:*Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and written
• Good technical understanding of our engines, transmissions and related electrical architectures
• Solid MS office skills, imaging software, and knowledge in PDM Link / Creo or alternative CAD programs
• Communication and pedagogical skills
• Good understanding of the aftermarket business
