Technical Trainer to Alfa Laval, Tumba
Alfa Laval develops, manufactures and sells specialized products and high standard technical engineering solutions that helps improve the performance of our customer's processes. Our equipment and systems makes it possible to cool, heat, separate and transport products such as oil, water, chemicals, beverages and pharmaceuticals. Alfa Laval has approximately 16 000 employees in more than 50 countries and is worldwide represented in more than 100 markets. For our department Core Automation Team (CAT), who is responsible for developing and maintaining automation systems for Alfa Laval's products, we are now looking for a Technical Trainer.
Working assignments
We are currently looking for a Technical Trainer to our Core Automation Team (CAT). You will be responsible for providing tools and materials in order to deliver training in automation to several different target audiences, including design, sales and service for Alfa Laval. You will educate as well as create and maintain courses within automation such as e-learning courses and webinars, as well as following up measurable values for the course's effectiveness.
Who are you?
Preferably you have an engineering degree. You have experience of educating and delivering courses within engineering, preferably automation. You have experience of developing various teaching methods, such as e-learning, webinars and train-the-trainer. Your English is fluent in both written and spoken, and we believe that you are a self-driver person who is able to work independently towards the company's goals. We are looking for a person who possesses the ability to teach and who believes that teaching others is something that appears naturally. This position will include travelling in some extent.
