Some of the tasks you will be working with;
• Provide technical support in the LIMS domain Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS); handling customer dialogues, requests and requirements
• Perform minor upgrades, patching, operation and troubleshooting of our application ProSang proprietary applications and modules
• Setup and configuration of Linux and Windows servers as well as basic creation of MS SQL Server and Oracle databases
• Perform application installation, failover setup and pre-configured installations

Qualifications
We believe you have the following background;
• Minimum a couple of years' experience within Windows environments, both server and client
• Experience with software installation on Linux and Windows servers including Oracle databases
• Experience with issue tracing at server, OS and system level
• Good understanding of server infrastructure and error tracing
• Fluently speaking in at least one Scandinavian language
• Relevant education or similar experience of the above
As a person, you are flexible and able to handle none planned task. As well as you have an outgoing personality with a service minded touch. It is easy for you to communicate and take initiative among people and with tasks. We hope you are a person who will improve our way of working with support, deployment outcomes and monitoring by working in close collaboration with our operation- and development organization.
