Adecco IT & Engineering is now looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide first-line technical support to customers in Swedish and English! You will be working in our clients office in Dublin and the job starts as soon as possible.
A typical day at the office?
Together with the IT Support team you will provide first-line technical support to meet the customer expectations. You will deal with enquiries which can vary from Product Features, Specifications & Repairs to complex Installations and Configurations. You will also have full ownership of each customer case using your independent judgment and experience to diagnose and troubleshoot problems or identify cases for escalation.
Who are you?
For this position you are required to talk fluent English AND Swedish. Experience from working in a call center/ technical support-environment is meriting.
For the position as Technical Support Representative these technical skills are required:
• Microsoft OS, VMware and/or Linux - knowledge of HP-UX and Solaris would also be helpful.
• SAN environment, LAN, Enterprise Virtual Arrays and Storage Systems - knowledge of SAN appliances, Mass/Storage and NAS would also be useful.
• HP Itanium, Integrity, Unix Systems, Industry Standard Servers (Proliant and Blades).
As a person you are customer focused, communicative and very interested in IT!
Facts about the position
The position as Technical Support Representive is located in our clients office in Dublin, close to the airport. You will start as soon as possible and it is a full time job. You will be employed by our client.
