About the company:
MultiMind is now looking for a tech savy and service-minded person to our client. Our client is a progressive tech company that develops and sells products for eye control and eye tracking. The company's headquarters is based in Stockholm and they are represented in the US, Japan, China, Germany and Norway. This is a 6 month consultancy assignment through MultiMind with the possibility for a permanent position after the initial six months.
Working as a consultant
MultiMind is an authorized Staffing and Recruitment company which means that you as an employees will be entitled to employment terms regulated by the collective agreement. Regulations include salary, vacation, statutory pension contribution, sick-leave entitlement, parental leave and overtime compensation.
Responsibilities
As a Tech Support Agent you will be a part of a dynamic team that provides the best service to their clients through telephone, e-mail and other channels. The clients can be everything from concerned parents to professional physicians that utilize the products and services of the company. Responsibilites vary from:
• Act as single point of contact for clients
• Follow SLA policies and escalate issues whenever neccessary
• Administer tickets properly in Salesforce
• Provide technical support related to the products hardware- and/or software configuration.
• Assist users in determining the appropriate configuration of the product to meet their needs and add value for the client
• Identify and report system issues to development team
• Follow up on past cases and ensure client satisfaction
Your profile:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and want to be a part of a company that makes a differences in society. Your background:
• at least finished high school level education, preferably higher
• at least 2-3 years of experience within the service industry or customer service
• A genuine interest in technology and IT
• IT-proficiency, preferably having knowledge in both hardware and software
Your personality
• A problem solver
• Communication skills
• Team-player
• Attentive and service-minded
• you should also like to have fun together with your colleagues
