At Loop54 we develop a search engine that uses cutting edge AI technology to provide truly relevant search results and that learns from user behaviour to continuously do so. We already deliver search to hundreds of e-tailers and we are adding new ones at an ever quickening rate.

As technical support you will be a part of our Customer Success team. You'll be trained to know everything there is to know aboutour product and how to support it. You will put that knowledge to use in your everyday work. A large part of the role consists of communicating with our customers. The tasks will include presale meetings where you will tag along with our sales staff to answer technical questions on sales meetings. You will also besupporting new clients and their developers to implement our engine through our HTTP API. This part will involve a lot of project management. You will also be responsible forongoing support for existing clients.
You will also work with our search engine, configuring it and tweaking it to best serve our customers, this process requires an analytical mindset.
Since you will work with customers and our engine, it is important that you have both technical skills and good people skills.
RequirementsWe want you to be...
fluent in swedish and english
experienced or educated in a technical field
able to understand and explain complicated things
confident meeting, have good care with and love working with customers
QualificationsWe hope you have...
previously worked with customer facing B2B, e-commerce or Saas (or all)
experience with Google Analytics and project management
done some programming
experience with quality testing
