Job description
Perido is recruiting a technical support for our customer. The company is focused around a web based cooperation tool, which they offer to other companies in order to help them work together and run projects in an easy and efficient way. They see cooperation as the key to a successful project. In total the company holds almost 150 employees. This position is placed in HQ in centralStockholm.
The technical support will work in a team of 8 colleagues, giving support to customers over telephone, mail and chat. The main work is to give support around the company?s project interaction tool. Translation of manuals, production of demo videos and other administration is also part of the job, which means speaking fluent Dutch is important. To apply for this position we believe you are curious; you enjoy searching for solutions and helping other people. You have experience from technical support and gives great customer service. On top of that you are responsible, enterprising and work without prestige. You are very welcome to send in your application!
Required qualifications
• High school/secondary school
• Experience from technical support or customer service
• Good knowledge of one or several browsers is a plus
• Fluent Dutch + speaking Swedish and/or English
