hela Sverige We are looking for a Technical Specialist within Digital Facility for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.
As a Technical Specialist with focus on the digital facility area, you will be a part of a team. You will act as the specialist within the area Digital Facility and with close collaboration with the business develop solutions that contributes to a more collaborative work environment. The role will focus on supporting the business globally with digital capabilities connected to the facilities, such as conference rooms, printers, digital signage etc.
Assignment description and main responsibilities
Be responsible for daily execution and planning within the area, including coordinating, hands-on work and working proactively with removing obstacles to ensure efficient services.
Deliveries
Responsible in ensuring service operations and securing supportive functions
Taking lead for Digital Facility in market and office establishments
Close collaboration with partners to ensure the services are fit for purpose
Review and update current documentation
Produce standardized, global solutions within the area
Work closely with the Global Service desk and Onsite personnel to ensure that the services can be supported, meaning training personnel, documenting, knowledge base articles etc.
Competence requirements
Experience in audio video solutions that enables a hybrid workplace
3+ years of experience in information technology or a business function related to Digital Workplace:
Meeting room equipment (Microsoft Surface Hub, Teams Room, Lenovo Thinksmart etc)
Printer hardware and management
Room booking system
Endpoint Management
ITIL Foundation experience with ITIL based Service Delivery
Experience with working in a global digital managed services organisation
Experience improving operational processes and reducing TCO
Experience supporting users and stakeholders in global enterprise environment
Have proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant area of business
Other requirements

Must be able to communicate effectively with people from all cultures and levels of an organization
Must be able to think logically and independently, and solve complex problems in the assigned area of responsibility
Are a person with a problem solving and service minded attitude
Have a strategic mindset with the "big picture" view

Analytical, organised and focused on resolution
Excellent written and oral communications skills
This role requires fluency in English.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with.
