Job description:
We are now looking for a driven and technical person who wants to work both practical and theoretical. Do you also want your job to involve international contacts and travels worldwide? Perfect, as Technical Specialist you will primarily work with global technical support to our Customer Centers, be responsible for service training and develop first class service training programs. This will include daily contact with people in other countries. It will also be your responsibility to compile information from the field and drive quality and technical improvement by managing warranty questions and also closely monitor the warranty process for your products. You will be involved in development projects and represent service during designing and developing of new products.
Experience:
You are hands-on and have a wide technical background.
Education:
You hold an engineering degree and specialization in hydraulic, motors or electricity is an advantage. You are fluent in English. Experience in MS Office and a driving license are required.

As you will be responsible for training people from all over the world, it is important that you are a good communicator and educator. To succeed in this position you need to be customer focused and have the ability to create and build trust.
