We have a Permanent role for Technical Specialist -Network Data LAN/WAN at Goteborg , please find below the details:
Job Descriptions:
• Single contact for Data Centers, provide 7X24 H&F support and incident reporting.
• Ensure the communication between supplier and global team, support remote team's request and reflect supplier solution.
• Manage data center access list, support device receiving and installation.
• H&F support and incident reporting are always handled in time according to SLA.
• #Server/Storage: all the hardware deliveries, manage all the hardware asset, handle support maintenance and incidents.
• #Network: Coordinate the asset management, help on HW support, requests and incidents.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Above 2 years' work experience for Server/Network/Data Center.
• Experience working within a regionally disperse, multinational workforce.
• Experience supporting IT needs of a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
• Spoken and written English skill is a must.
