hela Sverige Are you a Technical Leader who enjoys switching between tactical work such as defining long term goals and be operative hands on in the delivery? We are looking for a Technical Solution Responsible to strengthen our Operations team within the IT Operations division.
BOPO (Buying Office and Production Office) I&O team is looking for a Technical solution responsible (TSR). BOPO I&O supports H&M business in the design, buying, procure and production processes for producing garments to our stores and online. Our applications are used globally both internally and externally.
As a Technical Solution Responsible you are a leader and will be responsible for the operations of the IT systems within the area. Together with your team of application technicians onsite and offshore your focus will be to successfully deliver a stable application solution to our business.
This is an opportunity for you to work with resource and management services and improve the way of working within the technical team and offshore delivery. You will also have impact on how we collaborate together with other areas within Infrastructure & Operations, Development and Business. This gives you great responsibility to lead, transform and deliver a more service based delivery especially focused on offshore delivery.
To succeed in this role, you have excellent interpersonal skills, are service minded and have a solid understanding of IT in general, especially Infrastructure & Operations. You are an open and honest leader who enjoys building relationships and have great communication skills. We work in a fast-paced environment, which requires that you are both driven and structured as well as prioritize and work with other areas as one team.

Your responsibilities
The job as a TSR at H&M IT comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to-do list includes, in addition to all the above:
• Responsible for the operations of the IT systems with in the delivery area (applications & infrastructure) according to business requirements
• Participating and contributing in projects and transition to operations
• Planning and coordinating for maintenance in the technical environment
• Participating in external procurement and follow-up of suppliers and vendors
• Have 3-5 years of experience of managing people and process
• Have a genuine interest and ability to build good relations and the ability to see the big picture
• Have the ability to lead, coach, delegate, follow up and get the team to work towards the same goals
• Are driven by challenges and finding ways to improve and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with constant improvement
• Very good in Swedish and good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Just like everyone at H&M, you are driven and communicative. You are open-minded, straight-forward and a team player. The position is located in Marievik, Stockholm, Sweden but may require occasional international travelling.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
