To strengthen our Nordic Service Team we are now recruiting a Technical Service Specialist to support our Swedish customers.

Publiceringsdatum2012-12-21Dina arbetsuppgifterIn the position you will work as Technical Service Specialist on assigned geographic area and equipment range. The basic activities include IT/Networking administration at customer sites, installation and maintenance of systems, as well as reporting in administrative systems.
Position is based in Sweden with responsibility to primarily travel and support Sweden installed base collaboration with local Customer Service, Secondarily support other Nordic countries.
You will report directly to Nordic FSE Manager (based in Helsinki) and you will be supported by Nordic Service Engineers and outsourced colleagues.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for an open and business minded personality having preferably Technician Engineer / Engineer education with technical major or long relevant experience.
Experience from IT/Network administration, computing and service is preferred; troubleshooting instrumentation or technical ability to maintain computers and instrumentation. Advantageous for the position is a firm ability to install and troubleshoot computer systems and networks, and manage system interfaces.
To manage position, you are required to be able to work without direct supervision and achieve goals while being managed remotely. Company car will be provided so a valid driving licence is basic requirement for this position. You have good communication skills and a high level of written and spoken English and Swedish.
