Jeppesen is looking for an individual with good technical competencies who enjoys a combination of problem solving, customer interaction and software development. You will work together with colleagues from every corner of the world and be part of a team where your ideas are valued and your development is an integral part in our success. You will be responsible for operational matters for customers using our world-leading software solutions. Your areas of expertise will be within the Jeppesen Manpower Planning product, which allows airlines and railways to make advanced forecasts for crew and training needs.

Your task is to assist our customer's IT departments solving incidents, proactively assuring they get the most out of our software as well as implementing Change Requests.

The succesful candidate is interested in technical problem solving and holds a Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent and has 1-3 years of working experience with Object Oriented Programming. Prior experience from Python and Oracle is an advantage as well as experience from customer relations or support. Skills with databases, Linux or Unix and software development is also considered as a plus. Since we work in a global environment with clients all over the world, fluency in English is a must.
