To realize our ambitions we now seek to appoint one new Technical Service Engineer Automation & Telematics whom will contribute in materializing our vision.
Job description:
As Technical Service Engineer Automation & telematics, you will play a key role by contributing to all steps in the complete product life cycle for our automation & telematics products.
This means that you will be the product company's extended arm seeing the needs for competence and product quality enhancement in field and take necessary actions towards it through work within the following areas:
• Travel to customer sites and commission new products globally.
• Provide technical support internally and external to secure that right competence is at hand.
• Feedback all field experience and information to our development and enhancement forums.
Experience requirements
• Good English skills, verbally and written.
• Relevant computer literacy.
• IT Infrastructure.
• Good network (TCP/IP, Ethernet & WiFi) competence. - Analytical troubleshooting, teaching and experience from the Mining and Rock Excavation industry is meritorious.
Personal requirements
Applicants must be highly flexible, possess good interpersonal and pedagogic skills.
You are well known for being the logically thinking resource that has strong commitment towards issue resolution.
Possess the ability to maintain high productivity in changing work Environments.
