Role Summary/Purpose:

In this role, you are responsible for creating and manage sales opportunities mainly IT-systems within Diagnostic Cardiology and Monitoring solutions. You are the technical and sales expert for your assigned products, and solutions. Your area is whole Sweden but the focus is in 3 main areas, Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö.

Essential Responsibilities:

You are expected to be able to differentiate GE's offerings; convey compelling value propositions; lead the opportunity; qualify customer needs; develop and present solutions proposals and quotations; and respond to customers' clinical/technical/process questions in order to successfully close sales.

• Support sales of Life Care Solutions IT products to customers in Sweden.
• Develop IT business for existing customers.
• Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team.
• Develop relations with key opinion leader.
• Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow up, prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with the team.
• Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.
• Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Healthcare or engineering background, University degree.
• Relevant experience.
• Basic selling-negotiating & communication skills.
• IT/network skills.
• Basic industry/med tech knowledge.
• Appreciation of business environment.
• Customer meetings are primarily held at hospitals in Sweden, so traveling is required.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Valid driving license level B.
• EU work permit.

• Experience and "know how" in the Life Care Solutions business.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms.
• Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations).
• Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
• Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
