Climeon is a dynamic B2B company that is expanding rapidly, we are now looking to expand the Sales team by adding a Technical Sales Manager. Being a part of the Climeon Sales team is an exciting journey where you'll get to meet a lot of exciting customers while promoting and selling a highly rewarded cleantech product that makes the world a better place by providing a clean energy solution.

As a Technical Sales Manager at Climeon you will have the responsibility to develop and evaluate solutions for the technical integration of Climeon products, both on a long term strategic level and in customer projects. You will act as the technical expert in discussions with current and future customers and you will also be responsible for providing new and existing customers with valuable technical information and details regarding Climeon's product offering.As a Technical Sales Support Manager at Climeon you will develop long term strategic plans for the expansion of the industrial waste heat segment at Climeon. The role includes:

• Supporting sales projects with technical expertise
• Developing the industrial waste heat segment within Climeon
• Exploring new markets and segments from a long-term strategic perspective
• Managing and qualification of new and existing customers
• Evaluating technical solutions for new and existing customers

This is a wide role with a lot of responsibility, where you can influence your work situation and continue your career development. You will be working as a team, collaborating with all departments at Climeon, although the role demands you to be independent in your work. As a result, you will need to be able to communicate and manage several different stakeholders while being flexible.

To succeed in this role, we seek someone with the following background:

• Relevant tertiary education (M.Sc. or B.Sc. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineer, or equivalent education)
• A few years of experience in a similar role
• Interest and knowledge in both the commercial-and technical aspects of sales
• A huge interest in Climeon and Climeon's business
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Swedish is a plus)

Merit requirements:

• Knowledge in industrial waste heat recovery and energy systems
• Knowledge mechanical, electrical and/or automation systems
• Mechanical and/or electrical design experience
• Experience working with export in the industrial sector
