hela Sverige In the role of a Technical Project Manager at Syntronic you work in different projects concerning product development. We are looking for someone to work in an exciting project within telecomunication.
Your role is to lead the team towards the mutual goal to create a well-functioning product. Your responsibilities are to secure quality, planning, delivery and budget as well as contributing to the sales-process concerning new projects. You are also responsible for follow-up, risk assessment and resource allocation.
You create a positive working climate and maintain an effective communication internally as well as externally. When meeting our clients, it is your job to gather enough information to be able to understand the needs and to offer the right technical solution. It is also your job to plan, carry out and deliver those solutions in time.
It is favorable if you have experience in project management or equivalent relevant experience.
As a person, you have a great ability to cooperate with your co-workers and clients as well as excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. You also have the ability to define problems, prioritize and organize the work in a multitasked environment. You contribute to the workplace with your energy and drive to develop and move forward. Off course you have a genuine interest in technology which inspires you to take on new tasks and to always be curious to learn more.
