hela Sverige In this role, you will work as TPM (Technical Project Manager) for projects under the responsibility of EST. You will be part of the EST Program Management department. As TPM, you shall lead the Engineering and Product Development (R&D) part of the project with responsibilities for project scope, budget, resources and time plan. You will also act as a contact person towards the costumer and commercial Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Challenges
Lead and control development projects with regards to approved scope, schedule and budget
Provide technical leadership for Generic Product Development (Requirements, Software & Hardware development, Adaptation, Integration, Testing, Validation and Safety)
Deliver Project Management activities, in terms of scope, schedule, resource planning and budget control
Deliver a system for a customer project where new or adapted products are used
Be a 'bridge' between Customer project team and the product development team, joining the project and product needs
- Ideally, an engineering degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
- A few years of experience in a similar role, where you coordinated with many interfaces
- Experience with a Project Management planning tool (Primavera, MS Project)
- Experience in an embedded software development environment/job is a strong advantage
- Excellent English fluency is a requirement
