hela Sverige We are looking for 1-2 Technical Project Leaders (TPL) who will manage the technology development in Wheel Loader projects.
Job description
As TPL you secure QDCF fulfilment in projects to safeguard that a competitive and compliant product relative to customer and business needs are being developed.
Key responsibilities
• Drive product target fulfilment in projects, QDCF
• Planning and execution of Design, Prototypes, Verification & Validation
• Decide technical solutions and concepts fulfilling product targets
• Planning and coordination of project specific key resources/needs to reach given targets
• Analyze results and deliveries and suggest actions accordingly
• Planning and execution of budget and manning together with line org
• Secure clear communication inside and outside the project
• Report progress, deviations and risks to project team
• Manage and follow-up risk analysis from a product perspective.
• Take an active role in developing ways of working within GPE Wheel Loader platform
Qualifications
• University degree MSc in Engineering or equivalent
• Several year of experience with wheel loaders
• Experience of Wheel loader products from technical dimensions and customer usage
• Broad knowledge on machine systems, architecture and technical solutions for Volvo Wheel Loaders as well as competitor machines
• Passion for innovation and for having a project team solve technical challenges
• Strong and trusted leader, you know how to motivate team members and how to set priorities to achieve wanted results
• Cooperative team-player interacting through a broad network
• Good in communication, presentation and visualization skills
• Good communication skills in English
