hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to Icotera, the leading provider of innovative optical fiber CPE and Smart Home fiber network solutions (FTTH).
About Icotera
In recent years, the company has built up a presence on the FTTH market in the Northern Europe. They exist to empower people in their homes through innovative gateways and Smart Home solutions that open up their world. They enable Better Connected Living - connectivity with endless opportunities for the operator and end-user - and they strive to deliver it every day.
Icotera was founded in Denmark, where the HQ is located. In 2017 they opened an office in Stockholm, Sweden. The new office is part of the strategy to build a market leading presence in Sweden, with products specifically designed for the Swedish fiber market requirements, created in close cooperation with leading Swedish operators. About the role
You will be a part of the new team in Sweden and have great opportunities to influence the local office. You will be directly responsible for Sweden as a geographical area and work in a focused team of peers covering Icotera focus markets (DK, SE, NO, DACH, UK), all reporting to the CTO. The TPM will be responsible for integration and co-creation projects, while ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely deliveries and accurate internal resource allocation planning/forecasting. Product management and ownership will be an essential part of your responsibilities.
Typical duties include
? Plan and coordinate customer integration projects (new customer onboarding), including proposals, requirements and specifications
? Identify areas for co-creation with existing customers, including feasibility studies, internal resource planning
? Take the role of product manager/owner for limited series of Icotera products (assigned per market
requirement), including strategic roadmaps, local customer adaptation requirements etc.
? Cooperation with the local commercially responsible, including customer/case reporting, priorities etc.
? Directly responsible for answering RFQ/RFI/RFP material from new and existing customers, in close
coordinations with the local commercial responsible, and the R team
? Ensuring customer requirements and expectations are fully meet
? Manage project risks in respect to delays, cancellation and exceeded budgets
? In close cooperation with peers and the CTO, drive and develop new product ideas
Icotera is looking for
You are enough technical skilled to be able to translate complex technical situations into human understandable terms. Furthermore you are capable of owning and driving multiple customer projects from start to end. You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and you are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. You probably have a background with professional experience as a network engineer or been working with different levels of support in the network industry for at least five years. Alternatively, you have a background with at least three years of experience in program or product management with practical experience in project management.
As a person you are a driven, social extrovert with great communications skills, you are able to communicate well within different levels of the organization. You have a commercial mindset and a customer focus, a holistic view and the ability to pinpoint problems and find the right solutions.
