As a Technical Product Officer at EJOT, you are working with the assortment for builder's merchant market in a matrix organization. The development department originates in Germany were many of your colleagues have their base.
Responsibilities
o Internal contact areas, such as Commercial, Technical, and Production
o External contacts with, among other things, certification institutes and suppliers from all over the world
o Develop the next generation of fasteners for the builder's merchants market. Which involves participating in committees to ensure that products comply with standards and regulations in the area, as well as affect the development of new laws and requirements.
o Environmental awareness, competitors, intellectual property development and end-user needs to create the right product plan.
o Analyze product performance and sales performance for existing product group
o Validate product planning through continuous customer contact with end users and distributors
Qualifications
o 5+ years of experience as product manager or equivalent in construction
o Proficient attention to detail
o Ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships
o College or civil engineering degree in a machine, community or similar area
o As digitization creates new opportunities, you have the advantage of gaining experience from managing change work in a successful way
o The meeting with people is important to you and you are comfortable creating and managing long-term customer relations with people in different positions
o Fluent speaking and writing in English
o Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish
o German is meritorious.

o International travel required
