Westermo is currently recruiting a Technical Product Manager for Key Accounts in Västerås.
So, who are we looking for?
As Technical Product Manager at Westermo you are part of the R&D Hardware team and have the technical ownership of customer specific products to our key account customers. You will have a key position as technical responsible towards our customers and will team up with other parts of the Westermo organisation to support the customers in best possible way.
Your area of responsibility is to handle short term items and support the customer in ongoing projects. In the responsibility is also to help the customer with new opportunities and support with technical knowledge of the products.
In this role there will be a lot of international customer contacts and cooperation with other parts of the Westermo organization, always with a high technical focus.
Personal experience
To succeed in this role you need a Master of Science in electrical engineering or similar. You have strong technical competence in HW development and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with product responsibility or project management.
Experience of industrial products, products for trains or other demanding applications is meritorious.
As a person you have a technical knowledge but also the ability to see the business value in different issues. You have a clear drive and are used to handle and keep track of many items and you have the ability to prioritise. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written. You have good and clear communication skills and cooperate well with colleagues.
