hela Sverige Become an important part of the Control Technologies team. Control Technologies is a business unit within ABBs division Process Automation. We are responsible for development, marketing and sales of automation products, both hardware and software for monitoring, control and optimization. We sell and deliver automation systems to all types of process industries. With the 800xA system we offer unique opportunities to synchronize data from the manufacturing process with additional information systems and enable all decision information available in real-time to our customers.
Tasks
Take the chance to develop a new business-enabling platform and become a key player in an international company. As part of the Commercial IT Applications team, you will be globally responsible for the application platform ? My Control System, a service for our customers. This means that you will be the link between the R&D organization and the product managers, converting business requirements to technical solutions and drive changes towards various R&D and ABB group services. On a daily basis, you will work in close collaboration with stakeholders, colleagues and customers and introduce as well as support new and interesting services. Further, you will act as the global business units? responsible for important connected applications.
This role will give you the opportunity to be the center of attention playing an important part developing our new platform. You will also be provided with the possibility to get the overall responsibility for ensuring that the environment generates the best possible experience and profitability for our customers.
Requirements
You are customer and business focused with strong Project Management skills and an IS architectural background. To succeed in this position you hold a Master of Engineering, which you combine with at least three years? experience within IS related Project Management or Service Level Management. Further, you are able to work under pressure as well as drive global changes, analyze and propose solutions. You are also a conceptual thinker who understand the importance of working with proactive communication and can achieve cross-cultural effectiveness.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge in Process Automation, Control Systems, IS architecture and any eBusiness platform. Experience from working directly with customers and within ABB or a similar industry, is highly qualifying. As your job involves a lot of communication throughout the whole company fluency in Swedish and English is required, both spoken and written.
