We are now looking for a Technical Plant Support Specialist to provide contractual service provision for the car body lines located at the customers facility. Daily duties are to check, sample, test, record information and adjust the chemical baths. You will ensure compliance with the company and regulation requirements, work within the framework of the contract and according to the specifications or tasks documents. You have general understating of chemistry and cathodic electrodeposition techniques.
You will need to follow up on parameters in the production line and alert process specialist or manager if any deviations.
Read and follow a highly detailed set of instructions in taking samples and performing analysis on site.
Adjust chemicals into the process if needed.
Manage inventory and order products to ensure a continuous supply.
You will identify areas of opportunities for improvement of proposes to optimize the line and be a part of the contract management to ensure profitability.
Perform daily preventive maintenance on systems and ensure hazardous waste sludge is managed and handled in a compliant manner.
You will need great communication skill in Swedish and English - both written and verbal
Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
YOUR BACKGROUND
It is beneficial if you have Two years of verifiable experience in Electrocoat systems operations environment. You preferably hold a degree in chemical engineering or have a technical higher education or have experience from a similar role with a proven experience in chemical handling. You are an analytic person with a strong customer focus.
