Panasonic Nordic Heatpump business unit has a vacant position for a skilled Technical Manager for the Nordic and the Baltic market. The Technical Manager is responsible for establishing and controlling the technical support & after sales service network.
Your primary tasks will be:
• Technical training and materials to customers
• Set up Warranty scheme
• Technical support and spare parts supply
• Negotiations and coordination with factory in Malaysia and headquarters in Europe.
• Involvement in the future product planning and product improvement process.
Who are you?
You have an engineering degree from University (or equivalent) and about three years experience from technical management/service management. Experience from the heat pump industry, commercial refrigeration or Air-Conditioning is considered an advantage. You need to be fluent in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages since you will have a big international network. Good IT skills, especially in Excel are a must. As a person you are good at taking initiative, resultoriented, structured and thoroughly.
