Are you a looking for a challenging position within food processing design where you will be part of a driving growth?
Business Unit Liquid Food delivers processing components and solutions to customers producing dairy beverage and other liquid food products.
The Dairy Chilled subcategory within BULF is responsible for processing solutions to the pasteurized, fermented and Extended Shelf Life (ESL) dairy product market. We are now looking for a Technical Line Solutions Manger who will drive activities to create, deploy and support our processing line concepts within this area.
As Technical Line Solutions Manager - Dairy Chilled you are responsible for development, maintenance and deployment of our process line concepts for Dairy Chilled. In this position you will have the opportunity to
influence your work and the solutions we offer the dairy industry to meet current and future needs.
We offer you a challenging position in a highly qualified team in an international environment with close contacts to sales and market compa-nies globally. The position is based in Lund, Sweden. Travel is required 50-100 days.
Main responsibilities
• Be the overall global technical owner of production concepts for Dairy Chilled
• Develop, maintain and improve best practise production concepts and performance guarantees based on our technologies, lines, units, key components and reusable elements.
• Develop, and be the Super User of, the Environmental calculations/Cost of Ownership tools
• Support and collaborate with sales and our global engineering teams in preproject engineering and training
Qualifications
You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent and an extensive experience of designing production lines in the food industry. If you have experience from the dairy industry it is an advantage. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
To be successful in this position you are a self-motivated person who likes to be the driving force and take an overall responsibility. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspire people. You possess a very good technical understanding and an ability to absorb and understand customer needs, in order to find the best solutions for our customers. You also have the ability to see ahead and can anticipate future consequences.
Your communication skills are excellent and you have the ability to build trust and good relations with global colleagues, in technically oriented posi-tions.
