Greenworks department for Commercial Products is looking for Technical Leads to join our development center in Jönköping. The Technical Lead will design lead the development of commercial battery operated products. We are searching for creative problem solvers who are also exceptional at execution.
Responsibilities
Establish design expectations, and meet agreed design, performance, and goals for projects.
Select design solutions that meets stake holder requirements.
Carry out layout work including technical investigations and various kinds of calculations.
Support and take part of product testing.
Ability to produce structured engineering reports from observations.
Maintain leading-edge technical proficiency and keep pace with new trends and scientific developments.
Requirements
B.Sc./M.Sc. in mechanical engineering or related fields of study in mechanics.
Strong background in mechanical design including tools like FMEA.
Strong knowledge in producing drawings and setting geometrical/quality demands.
Solid experience in 2D/3D CAD, preferably Creo.
Experience in PDM systems, preferably Windchill.
Good understanding of common engineering materials, plastics and metals.
Good understanding of manufacturing methods.
