Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Technical Installer for working on all the switches in the network. You'll communicate via telephone and digital tools between the technicians who replace the physical hardware and those who sit on the fence and handle the installation.

What you'll do:
Install technical equipment, planning daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests and resolving problems.
Establishing service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installation and performing acceptance tests.
Maintaining rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques and recommending system improvements.
Documenting service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Who you are:
Several years of education/practical experience and interest in networking and communication.
It is important that you are punctual and follow accuracy as it is imperative to avoid logistical issues.
Prior experience of Installing technical equipment based on clear instructions.
Proficient in speaking and writing Swedish and English language skills.
